BOOK YOUR CLASS
Our valuable, inclusive and much loved Stretch & Strengthen Classes are held weekly around the Northern Rivers, NSW. In each class we cover a mix of styles, integrating Yoga (Gentle Hatha, Remedial and Yin), Pilates, fascia release and general movement.
The intention of the class is to improve your mobility, balance, strength, fascia, and postural alignment, while bringing awareness to your inner world, breath, nervous system and mindful movements. It also intends to empower you within your body, further helping you to balance your mind and overall well-being.
