BOOK YOUR CLASS

Our friendly, low-cost Stretch & Strengthen Classes (suitable for all adults, including over 50’s) are held weekly all around the Northern Rivers. In each class we cover a mix of styles, integrating Yoga, Pilates and general movement.

The intention of the class is to improve your mobility, balance, strength, fascia and postural alignment, while bringing awareness to your breath, nervous system and movements. It also intends to empower you within your body, further helping you to balance your mind and overall well-being.
