STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
IN- PERSON GROUP CLASSES
Welcoming and balanced Stretch & Strengthen classes, suitable for all adults (including over 50s and anyone feeling the need), are held weekly across the Northern Rivers. Each session is gently and seamlessly weaved together blending Yoga (Gentle Hatha, Remedial and Yin), Pilates, and general movement in various ways to improve your mobility, balance, stability, strength, fascia and posture, while enhancing the breath, nervous system and bodily awareness.
Designed to empower you with your body and mind connection, these classes promote overall balance, well-being and fulfillment.

Private sessions are powerful because they offer personalised attention, allowing me to tailor the experience to your specific needs and goals. This focused guidance creates a safe space for deeper healing, growth, and connection, helping you address unique challenges with greater insights. Whether you prefer a blend of Personal Training, Yoga, mentoring or a more focused approach like trauma-informed Yin Yoga or to assist with an injury, I always customize the sessions to best meet your needs. Clients with NDIS self managed or organised plans are also supported and I also work with physios and health professionals should that be required or preferred.

RETREATS

Our wellness retreats offer a chance to unplug from daily stress, providing mental clarity and emotional rejuvenation. Through slow movement practices, meditation, breath awareness, simple nutritious food and being with nature, we create immersive experiences that promote physical health, relaxation and well-being. These retreats also foster personal reflection, self-discovery and connection, while offering a supportive community that inspires meaningful relationships and lasting transformation.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE / YIN YOGA
MONTHLY MINI-RETREAT
This monthly two hour class combines gentle, deep stretching with myofascial release techniques to release tension, improve flexibility, promote deep relaxation and to guide your whole being into presence and wholeness.
Nourishing teas and snacks are included after to encourage slowly moving out of the space, to have a complete grounded connection with oneself and with others, should that be felt.

SEASONAL ONE DAY WELLNESS RETREAT
Our one-day wellness retreat offers a deepening, nourishing and an enlivening experience. Blending mindful movement practices, deep tissue release, Yin Yoga, Restorative practices, Sound Healing, creative activities and nature connection to promote healing, rejuvenation, renewal and insightful wisdom.
Together we flow with the natural cycle of the year, mirroring the energy and wisdom of each season for holistic well-being.
