STRETCH & STRENGTHEN

IN- PERSON GROUP CLASSES

Our affordable Stretch & Strengthen classes, suitable for all adults (including those over 50), are held weekly across the Northern Rivers. Each session blends Yoga, Pilates, and general movement to improve mobility, balance, strength, and posture, while enhancing breath and body awareness.

Designed to empower your body and mind, these classes promote overall well-being. We’d love for you to join us—bookings are essential!
